October 22, 2009 - "Canada's Top 100 Employers" has listed Bluewave Energy as one of Atlantic Canada's Top Employers. In it's 10th year, the list recognizes companies that lead their fields in creating progressive workplaces and providing forward-thinking HR policies.
"For several years, we've noticed employers in the four Atlantic provinces that provide exceptional benefits and working conditions that are a cut above others in their field," says Richard Yerema, Managing Editor of the Canada's Top 100 Employers project. Editors of the program graded each company in eight key areas: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.
