All you have to do is fill out the AIR MILES® reward miles E-Billing Contest Form below and your name will be automatically added to our e-billing and communications list and entered into a draw for 1,000 AIR MILES® reward miles.

 Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions must be met before the contest AIR MILES reward miles® can be awarded:

• You must be an active residential Bluewave Energy home heating customer.
  

• Current customers must convert to E-Billing.
  

• New customers must sign-up for E-Billing.
  

• AIR MILES® reward miles may be redeemed for AIR MILES rewards miles other than travel.
  

• No substitutions or cash value. Non negotiable.
  

• Prize Responsibility. The prize winner is responsible for any and all federal and /or local taxes, including airport taxes that may result from acceptance of the prize.
  

• Contest expires October 31, 2011
  

• Winner Announcement. The Contest winner will be announced on the Bluewave website the week of November 7, 2011. The winner will be further contacted via email for details on claiming the prize.
